About the Instructor

Shannon is a ritual guide, sound healer, and Kundalini yoga instructor who stepped beyond the comfort of quiet studios into the dynamic world of combat sports. Drawn to Muay Thai’s raw intensity, she discovered that true resilience emerges when mind, body, and spirit work as one. After completing seven competition bouts—facing fear, earning strength, and forging lasting camaraderie—she realized that the principles of Kundalini and Muay Thai are two sides of the same powerful coin.

Today, Shannon shares her unique blend of stillness and movement, helping others tap into their inner warrior while maintaining a steady, grounded core. Her classes celebrate the synergy between breath and strike, reflection and effort, guiding students toward a balanced, empowered state—both on and off the mat.
