Join us for **"A Dance with the Crossroads: An Evening of Transition and Shadow Work,"** where we will explore the duality of light and dark through movement, reflection, and creativity. This immersive experience will feature the **debut of a new, never-before-experienced dance by Soluna Mind and Body, titled **"Soluna, a Dance with Shadows."** This unique dance is designed to embody the transitions we encounter in our lives.
As the days grow shorter and the nights longer in November, we invite you to embrace the liminal space between light and shadow. Together, we will engage in a guided movement journey that encourages self-exploration and the honoring of our inner landscapes.
#### Craft Activity: **Journey Stones**
In addition to dance, we will create **Journey Stones**—personalized stones that symbolize your unique journey, decisions, and intentions. Each participant will choose a smooth stone and decorate it with symbols, words, or colors that resonate with their experiences. These stones will serve as tangible reminders of your path and the transformations you are undergoing.
#### What to Expect:

**Jaqueline Hodges of Jaguar Lotus** Our special guest sound healer for the Gong Journey. *After Jaqueline’s first Yoga class, she immediately felt a deep calling to explore the science of yoga. In 2012 she completed 600hr Massage Therapy certification at Collinson School of Massage in Colorado Springs, CO. Here she developed an in-depth understanding of Anatomy and Physiology. This is also where she discovered her passion for Reiki. After receiving her Mastery certification this really helped her understand the relationship between the subtle energetic body, and the physical body. This journey ultimately led her to the alchemy of sound healing with the Gong, among other ancient instruments. After experiencing the power of the Gong, intensive sound training’s and other sound baths, she was eager to share this with as many students as possible, infusing Reiki, movement and meditation to enhance students healing journey.*
